Training Program:

AMC REALTY is committed to providing a Career/Training Program for its Salespersons.

Salespersons are encouraged to cooperate with the Broker to take advantage of available education and training programs to maintain their professionalism, as well as their ability to properly represent the client in accordance with California law and the AMC REALTY Policy and Procedures Manuals.

The New Salespersons Training Program is an in house professional education program that is approximately three months in duration conducted three hours a week. The training programs are held in the evening or they may be held on Saturday morning.

Prior to the start of the training program, new salespersons will be provided a copy of the AMC REALTY Policy and Procedures Manuals.  During the first several weeks the class time will be devoted to reviewing and answering questions regarding the AMC Realty Policy and Procedures Manuals. All salespersons will sign the Acknowledgment of Receipt Form, that states the salesperson understands and will abide by the AMC REALTY Policy and Procedures Manuals.

In addition, there is a planned series of continuing education, training courses and workshop's available that will consist of Video sessions that will cover:

Ethics & Professional Conduct For Real Estate Licensees

Realtor Code of Ethics--C.A.R.

Trust Fund Responsibility and Handling,

How to write a California Residential Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions and related addendums (C.A.R. Form RPA).

How to write a Residential Listing Agreement (C.A.R. Form RLA).

Opening and Closing Escrow.

Agency-Relationships, Duties & Disclosures,

Property Inspector, (termite, roof, & home inspection)
